Until he allowed us, we visited my Dad every year on his birthday. He always prepared a meal for us, according to what he thought was healthy. No salt, no sugar, self made bread, boiled meat and so on. This video shows you the preparation of a starter he once made. It consists of a layer of shrimps, a layer of tomatoes and a layer of oranges. According to him a dish containing everything you need to stay healthy and get in the most important ingredients for the body.
